This inaugural episode explores what it means to be strategic to establish the proper brand for your church. A simple definition for brand is perception and churches should be strategic to allow the perception of them to be exactly what it is intended to be.

1) What are the wins which energize
2) Who are you called to reach?
3) What does your church do better than anyone else?
4) How do you measure success/what do you celebrate?
• A clear vision allows people to support it with their resources

2) Treat them as an individual
3) Respect them no matter where they are from
4) Have your people well trained
• Your brand is important because people need what you have to offer
• You have to have alignment to be good stewards
• Being intentional creates a healthy culture – momentum to do big things
