He talks about the need for church leaders to focus on reaching the next generation so there is a legacy in place long after them. Bishop Vaughn shares his perspective on a rebranding process he led his church through several years ago to shift from what they had been doing to being more outward-focused.

• Signage is a simple way to help visitors feel comfortable in your house.
• We want to attract the community first and then bring them in.
• You can be a pastor with vision, but without people, the vision will perish.
